Inspired by Lenin's mausoleum in Moscow, this stoic edifice features a blend of Soviet architectural influences and traditional Vietnamese elements. Adorning its façade with the words "Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh," meaning "President Ho Chi Minh," the mausoleum stands as a testament to his enduring legacy. Interestingly, despite his wish for a simple cremation, this grand monument was constructed to honour his pivotal role in Vietnam's independence. The complex is imbued with a solemn atmosphere, surrounded by picturesque gardens.
