This is a beautiful encounter. I met my pen pal, Tatiana, on June 13th. On that day, neither of us knew that we would become such great friends. From getting to know each other to sharing our lives, we’ve come a long way. Now, we talk about everything, and every conversation leaves us both feeling happy. These two photos are beautiful scenes she shared with me. I never imagined that someone with so many things in common with me would come into my life, and it’s amazing how interested we are in each other’s lives and thoughts.
I often go back and read our past letters, and every time I do, I end up laughing out loud. It brings me so much joy. I can honestly say that she understands me so well now, because we are so spiritually in sync that we can easily understand each other’s feelings. We’ve also learned a lot about each other’s cities and cultures, and it feels like I have a good friend in another place who shares her life with me every day. That feeling is so special.
When we talk about different songs, food, or classes, we both gain new insights. She loves to laugh too, and I don’t even know when it started, but I began calling her „parrot,” and she calls me „bat.” It’s funny, right? It feels like a parrot and a bat soaring freely in the sky together. It’s hilarious!
Slowly, this app has made my life happier. Whether I’m eating or walking, I can’t help but share with Tatiana. Sharing my life with her keeps me joyful, and I know she feels the same way.
