Köttbullar, or Swedish meatballs, are a popular dish in Sweden. They are made from a mix of ground beef and pork, breadcrumbs, and spices, then fried and served with a creamy sauce. Traditionally, köttbullar are accompanied by mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam, and pickled cucumbers. The dish became famous worldwide thanks to the Swedish furniture store, IKEA.
