Slowly Story

Tell me about a story with a perfect happy ending. Well I read a bunch of your Slowly stories, and wow am moved. Or as Kim would say and I quote “Have you read any of the Slowly stories posted here? There’re so touching. I hope to be friends with someone for that long. Or to have a friendship as genuine and intricate.” I admit that it is until this moment that I doodled my attention to reading Slowly stories. And wow, its a whole universe of stories out there, forgive me Slowly fam for having being feeble minded. Now my story does not have a happy ending, not yet.

But my friendship with Kim has blossomed into being genuine and intricate. We first connected 3 years ago on Slowly. We had so much fire and our passion for writing drew us closer. Unfortunately we lost connection 2 years ago, but fast forward 2025, I ran into her profile again on Slowly. She had a different account and a different avatar. Six letters into exchanging letters, I was like wait a minute “I KNOW YOU!” And for the record, I did literally wait a minute πŸ˜‚. Name a better plot twist, I will wait.

I had thought our connection was lost, but that made me realize that every decision I made led me back. Our connection was never lost, our connection was just finding its way. It was all meant to fully realize a long lasting friendship.

Now my story does not have a happy ending, not yet.

I haven’t met Kim Slowly fam, but rest assured I am going to meet her. Will that suffice as a happy ending? Well I do not know about you dear reader, but with Kim am not sure I would love an ending, even if its a happy one.

May we never lose our connection, may our friendship not be long but eternal.
