Slowly Story

Before I joined Slowly, I didn’t think I could make real friends from other countries. My daily life was somewhat busy, and most messages I sent or received, and the conversations I’ve had were very short and just normal. I wanted something slower, something more honest, and something that would help me connect with people in a better way. Then I found Slowly, and it became one of my favourite apps.

Slowly helped me meet many people from all over the world. At first, writing long letters felt a little strange. But after a few days, I started to enjoy it. I liked sitting down, taking my time, and writing about my day. I also enjoyed waiting for the letters to arrive. When a new letter came, it always made me feel some peace.

I talk to different people about many different things. Some friends tell me stories about their families, their jobs, and their daily routines. Some friends talk about their dreams and the things they hope for in life. And with some friends, I talk about topics I can’t talk about with my normal friends. I talk about science, space adventures, nature, culture, and many other interesting ideas. Sometimes I even share thoughts I’ve never shared with anyone before. It feels safe to be myself.

Slowly has also helped me learn more about the world. I learn about new places, new foods, new languages, and different ways of thinking. These letters make the world feel smaller and more friendly. I have met many kind people who listen to me, understand me, and make me feel less alone.
I am very thankful to the creators of Slowly. They made an app that brings people together in a simple and peaceful way. It is not just an app to me. It is a place where real friendships grow, even between people who live far apart.

I am grateful for every friend, every message, and every moment Slowly has brought into my life.
