I had thought our connection was lost, but that made me realize that every decision I made led me back.

I wanted something slower, something more honest, and something that would help me connect with people in a better way.

Although neither of us believes in it, we are soulmates.

We had done dozens of video calls, but seeing him outside the screen for the first time felt completely different. Like my phone couldn’t hold the full version of him.

And just like that, my "wildly fanciful" dream came true! We spent two of my travel days together. With her company, I experienced a different side of Japan and had deeper interactions with a local person.

Though I still struggle to find who my core self is, well at least I made some good friends along the way!
